Tower Numerics acquires RISATower

LEXINGTON, MASS. — RISATower has recently been acquired by Tower Numerics Inc.

The new owner is a company founded by RISATower longtime developer, Peter Chojnacki, with the intent to concentrate solely on the design tools for the tower industry.

The new program name is tnxTower. “All existing licensing and support commitments remain intact”, stressed Chojnacki, president of Tower Numerics. “Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and we have done everything to make the transition totally unobtrusive.”

“RISA Technologies is committed to working with Peter and Tower Numerics to insure all RISATower clients enjoy a smooth transition over to tnxTower,” added Bruce Bates, president of RISA Technologies. “We’re excited for Peter as he begins this new venture, and we look forward to an ongoing relationship with Tower Numerics.”

Chojnacki believes that the acquisition of RISATower creates great opportunities for further enhancements to the program as well as development of new tools and services for the tower engineering community.

“Going forward, the benefits of our organization’s exclusive focus on tower engineering software will become apparent to all our users” he said.
