FULLERTON, CALIF. — The design/build team of McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., and TAYLOR, are working with St. Joseph Health System to build a new patient tower, parking structure and central utility plant at the St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, Calif. Located on the northern side of the existing medical campus at Bastanchury Road and Harbor Boulevard, site preparation has been underway since December 2010, and the new tower officially broke ground during a private ceremony on Sept. 25, 2011.

The new version features a drag and point feature known as "Dynamic Joystick" that provides the user with fluid control over Trimble Robotic Total Stations via on-screen gestures directly on the solution's Trimble Tablet.
NORCROSS, GA. — New Leica Cyclone v7.3 software provides benefits in two important areas for High-Definition Surveying projects. First, it lets users take full advantage in the office of enhanced laser scanner control and field QA features simultaneously announced as firmware v2.6 for ScanStation C10 and C5 scanners. Second, it helps users process large laser scan data sets into deliverables more efficiently in the office — including 64-bit support.
